As the Director of Business Development, Weston is responsible for Kinetic's sales and marketing functions, as well as overseeing new client operations and routine check-ins. Weston holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and has experience in US technology companies.
Weston's most satisfying reward comes from seeing Kinetic's clients grow by improving business process efficiency.
This man is going outwards and upwards too, when time permits - backpacking the trails and snowboarding the hills.
Site Director (Angeles City)
Based in the Philippines, Phay is a marvel of site management, having over 15 years' experience controlling various high pressure call centers. She oversees our team to ensure maximum productivity, and maximum ROI on every task you hire us to handle.
Phay also excels in other entrepreneurship businesses and enjoys a weekend visit to their stores. She's a hard-working member of their family's corporation with 7-Eleven franchised outlets across different towns and cities in the Philippines.
Site Director (Laoag City)
With more than 12 years of experience helping clients who can't afford mistakes, Moppet is our savvy site director, who excels in handling Customer Support. Through the years, her knowledge of the outsourcing industry continues to expand, allowing her to offer up-to-the-minute, highly effective techniques to increase proficiency and customer satisfaction in our centers. Moppet is a born leader, able to manage up to 500 staff members across multiple campaigns and clients, at any given time.
Moppet's time off-work is spent at church giving motivation and spiritual support to single parents like her.
